The Role

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of litigation matters, with appropriate supervision depending on experience, while also supporting on more complex disputes. The work is varied and may include:

• Commercial litigation
• Contract disputes
• Debt recovery
• Property litigation
• General civil disputes

Key Responsibilities

• Running your own caseload of litigation files from instruction through to resolution
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
• Advising clients in a clear, practical, and commercial manner
• Assisting senior fee earners on complex matters
• Attending client meetings, mediations, and court hearings where appropriate

Requirements

• Newly Qualified Solicitor or experienced Senior Paralegal with fee-earning experience
• Strong grounding in litigation and dispute resolution
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload with a degree of autonomy
• A proactive and client-focused approach
