We are delighted to be recruiting a Legal Assistant to support a dynamic and busy Local Authority in-house Litigation and Prosecutions Legal Team.
The roleWe are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy and talented Litigation team.
The role involves providing support and assistance to a team of Litigation and Prosecution Lawyers. Responsibilities include triaging the team's duty mailbox under supervision, preparing court bundles, drafting court documents and forms, and managing a small caseload under supervision. You will also prepare reports and process the team's invoices.

The position is primarily based in Catford with a hybrid working approach, requiring you to work both in the office and from home regularly. Currently, you will need to work from the office at least 40% of the time, and additional attendance may be required for meetings based on service needs.
