Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)
Are you a detail oriented and proactive Legal Professional with Litigation experience looking to join a leading US law firm? Based in modern, state of the art offices, you will work alongside a supportive and experienced team, contributing to the smooth running of litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, is analytical and methodical, and who would enjoy working with complex litigation deadlines, systems, and processes.
Key responsibilities include:- Maintaining the firm's docket system for litigation matters
- Reviewing correspondence to identify and calendar critical deadlines
- Producing and distributing comprehensive docket reports
- Researching deadlines, court rules, and procedural requirements using legal resources
- Responding to queries from internal staff regarding deadlines
- Updating and maintaining compliance dates and docket calendars
- Training attorneys and staff on docketing systems
- Previous experience in a litigation docketing or legal support role within a law firm
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and court procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions focused approach
- Confidence using systems and legal research tools
