Liquidlogic Trainer (SEND Focus)

Contract: 4-5 weeks (potential extension)
Start: ASAP
Location: Remote (no travel required)
Pay: £400-£450
Hours: Full-time

Panoramic are engaged on a search for a Liquidlogic trainer to join a training team on an urgent interim basis.

The focus is on delivering high-quality training for Liquidlogic systems (LCS, EHM, and EYES) to staff across Education and Children's Services, including SEND caseworkers, new ASYE social workers, and international recruits.

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who's confident leading large-scale online training and supporting learners to become confident system users.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging, structured training sessions for staff using Liquidlogic LCS, EHM, and EYES.

  • Train cohorts of 40-50 staff in November as part of a major onboarding and implementation phase alongside the training team

  • Pick up and deliver existing training scripts and materials, adapting them as needed.

  • Provide feedback and updates to the training team on content, user progress, and improvement areas.

  • Work collaboratively with the Training Manager to ensure training aligns with go-live milestones.

  • Contribute to a small, dedicated team delivering BAU training to new starters and agency staff.


About You

You'll be a confident systems trainer with a strong background in Liquidlogic (LCS/EHM/EYES) and experience delivering training to social care professionals at scale. You're comfortable presenting online.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience training Liquidlogic systems to Children's or SEND teams.

  • Understanding of SEND processes, including EHCP workflows.

  • Experience delivering remote training via MS Teams or similar platforms.

  • Ability to work independently and manage virtual sessions effectively.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

  • Availability to start quickly and deliver intensively over a 4-5 week period.

  • Equipment provided (laptop collected prior to start).

  • Interviews 1 stage next week

  • Immediate start required to meet November training milestones.
