We're looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Restaurant Runnerteam. You'll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
• Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
• Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards

Your working hours

• Full-time contract, fully flexible
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

• Ability to build relationships with colleagues
• Kitchen Assistant experience
