Open seven days a week 8am to 4pm, Port Kitchen at Shoreham Port serves fresh local food and hot and cold drinks in a modern, welcoming space.

Key duties would include:

• Preparing, cooking and plating dishes ensuring that all food is delivered to a consistent high standard
• Ordering food and kitchen supplies as required
• Maintaining a clean facility adhering to Food Hygiene Safety Standards
• Flexibility, and the ability to work at weekends and on public holidays on a teamwork basis
