ABOUT THE ROLE

The Rowen Partnership is a dynamic and ambitious group of carefully curated brands delivering thoughtful service across The Partnership.

We are now looking for a part time highly capable Lifestyle Curator to source, shape and present exceptional travel, dining, and cultural experiences.

This is a taste led role, focussed on identifying what is genuinely worth doing, from hotels and destinations to restaurants, events, and cultural movements, and then presenting these in a clear, curated way.

The role is primarily focused on personal lifestyle and travel, with occasional input into team experiences and company events. You will act as a filter and editor bringing forward a small number of well considered recommendations rather than large volumes of options.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Travel & Destination Curation
  • Identify and propose standout destinations, hotels, and villas globally.
  • Source places that feel considered, design led, and interesting (not generic luxury).
  • Present shortlists (typically 2-3 options) with clear rationale.
Restaurants & Dining
  • Stay ahead of new and notable restaurant openings.
  • Recommend places for personal use, client dinners, and occasions.
  • Highlight what is actually worth going to, and why.
Experience & Culture
  • Curate cultural and lifestyle experiences, including:
    • Events, exhibitions, and shows.
    • Concerts and performances.
    • Unique or under the radar experiences.
  • Identify 'what's happening' and what matters.
Ongoing Curation
  • Provide regular, proactive suggestions:
    • Things worth doing this month.
    • New openings to know about
    • Future travel ideas.
  • Create simple mood boards or shortlists to communicate ideas clearly.
Support for Team Experiences (Secondary)
  • Contribute ideas for:
    • Team offsites
    • Company events
  • Focus on the quality and feel of the experience rather than logistics.
WHAT THIS ROLE FOCUSES ON
  • Taste and judgement
  • Curation and editing
  • Awareness of what is current, relevant, and high quality.
  • Presenting ideas clearly and concisely.

All bookings and logistics will be handled separately.

ABOUT YOU SKILLS & BACKGROUND

  • Background in one or more:
    • Luxury or boutique hotels
    • Hospitality or restaurants
    • Editorial / media / lifestyle curation
    • Events or cultural programming
  • Ability to edit ruthlessly and avoid overwhelming with options.
  • Strong research and discovery skills.
  • Clear communication and presentation of ideas.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
  • Naturally curious and culturally aware.
  • Strong point of view on what is 'good'.
  • Pays attention to detail, atmosphere, and design.
  • Proactive, brings ideas forward without being asked.
  • Independent thinker.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
  • 10 to 12 hours a week - over 2 to 3 days (maybe more at certain times)
  • Employed or self employed
  • Hybrid working
  • Light touch collaboration with PA / team for execution.
COMPENSATION
  • Competitive, depending upon level of experience.
  • Flexible structure - (hourly rate or part time equivalent)
