Lifelong Links Coordinator: Building Youth Support Networks

Civic Recruitment Limited has a 2 month contract for a Lifelong Links Coordinator in Southwark. You will work with children and young people to build sustainable support networks, in partnership with Children's Social Care and other services.

You will identify, map and engage family networks, coordinate Lifelong Links meetings, and develop practical support plans while keeping the child's voice central and ensuring safeguarding compliance.
