Job Description

Lifeguard

Location: Oxfordshire FWC Employment type: Permanent contract, Part time, 16 hours per week Salary: £27,248 pro rata.

Responsibilities

Help our members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities - the swimming pool, spa, sauna and steam room
Be attentive and alert at all times
Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
Welcome and support members when using the facilities
Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times

Qualifications

Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent with ongoing training records. Demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills, a passion for great customer care and team working abilities.
