Their licensing partnerships are a key driver of growth, and they are looking for a Licensing Director to lead and expand their global licensing strategy.

Job Description



  • Develop and execute a global licensing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.


  • Identify and secure new licensing partnerships in key markets and product categories.


  • Negotiate and manage licensing agreements, ensuring favourable commercial terms.


  • Oversee licensee relationships to ensure brand compliance, product quality, and commercial performance.


  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, legal, finance) to support licensing initiatives.


  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities within the sports and lifestyle licensing space.


  • Monitor financial performance of licensing agreements, ensuring revenue targets and royalty payments are met.


  • Drive innovation by collaborating with partners to develop unique licensed products that align with brand values.


  • Represent the company at key industry events and trade shows to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience in licensing, brand management, or commercial partnerships within the sports, apparel, or consumer goods industry.


  • Strong understanding of licensing agreements, intellectual property, and contract negotiation.


  • Established network within the global licensing industry.


  • Track record of driving revenue growth through strategic licensing initiatives.


  • Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse financial performance and maximise profitability.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key internal and external partners.


  • Passion for sports and an understanding of consumer trends in the industry.
  • This role is office based in Essex.
