Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive / Solicitor

A highly respected UK law firm is seeking a talented Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (2+ years' PQE) to join their well-established Residential Property team based in Cambridge. The opportunity offers genuine flexibility, a collegiate team culture, and exposure to quality work across a broad residential property caseload.

Working as part of a wider national team, the successful candidate will handle a mix of high-value and routine residential transactions, including:

• Acting for high-net-worth individuals and limited companies
• Managing complex freehold/leasehold purchases and financing
• Handling day-to-day residential conveyancing matters
• Developing and maintaining client and broker relationships
• Supporting regional business development initiatives

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years' experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident handling transactions independently and working collaboratively with team members
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent client service
• Commercial awareness and an interest in building long-term client relationships
