Aspire People are recruiting experienced and qualified Level 4 Teaching Assistants to work within primary schools across Manchester and surrounding areas.

This role is suited to candidates who have progressed beyond Level 3 and are looking for greater responsibility within the classroom, including supporting interventions, pupil progress and SEND provision.

The Role:
Providing high-level classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions
Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs
Assisting teachers with planning, preparation and assessment
Supporting phonics, literacy and numeracy interventions
Helping pupils develop independence, confidence and positive behaviour
Supporting classroom routines and learning activities
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and wider support teams
Taking on additional responsibilities within the classroom where required

The Ideal Candidate:
Holds a recognised Level 4 Teaching Assistant or relevant equivalent qualification
Has strong recent experience working within a UK primary school
Previous experience working with SEND is highly desirable
Confident delivering interventions and supporting pupil progress
Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
Able to work independently and take initiative
Looking to progress within a primary education setting
