Are you a passionate and nurturing Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience in Early Years? What We're Looking For- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Have recent experience working within an Early Years setting in a primary school.
- Be confident supporting children's learning and development through play-based and structured activities.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative learning activities.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development.
- Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development.
- Assist with observations, assessments, and classroom preparation where required.
