We're working with a group of welcoming, high-achieving primary schools in Leeds that are looking for enthusiastic and supportive individuals to join their teams. These schools pride themselves on creating inclusive environments where every child is encouraged to thrive.

In this role, you will collaborate with teachers to support pupils across a range of subjects, help remove learning barriers, and bring positivity and encouragement into the classroom each day.

What we are looking for:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children in a primary school setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• A patient, nurturing, and proactive attitude
• Confidence supporting interventions and working with SEND pupils
• A genuine commitment to helping every child reach their full potential
