Overview

Nursery Practitioner / Creche Staff - CACHE Level 3. Our agency is currently recruiting for a qualified Nursery Practitioner (CACHE Level 3 or equivalent) to work in a small on-site creche based within an established school campus in north-west London. This is a welcoming, well-organised creche providing childcare exclusively for children of school staff, offering a calm, community-focused working environment.

Pay and Hours

Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Contract: Part-time options available

The Setting

The creche is located on a secure school campus that forms part of a well-established educational community. The wider setting places strong emphasis on care, structure, and positive relationships, creating a supportive environment for both children and staff. As the creche serves staff families only, numbers are small and routines are consistent, allowing practitioners to focus on quality care and meaningful interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
  • Support children's emotional, social, and developmental needs
  • Work collaboratively with a small, experienced team
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Qualifications
  • CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • A warm, reliable, and professional approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous nursery or creche experience desirable
Location & Transport

The campus is well served by public transport: - Jubilee Line underground station within walking distance - Multiple local bus routes connecting to surrounding areas of north-west and central London
