A warm, welcoming nursery in the Hassocks area is looking for an experienced Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly team.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development through play.
• Build warm, nurturing relationships with every child in your care.
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Observe, assess and contribute to children's learning journeys.
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to provide the very best start in life.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment.

• Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
• Has previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
• Is caring, enthusiastic and full of energy.
• Works well as part of a supportive team.
• Has excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
