The Role: Supporting children across Nursery and Reception Supporting learning through play and exploration Developing children's communication and language skills Supporting phonics, early Maths, and literacy activities Encouraging personal, social, and emotional development Supporting observations and assessment Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Working closely with teachers and other EYFS staff We're Looking For: Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience Recent experience working with children aged 3-5 Strong understanding of child development Knowledge of the EYFS framework Patient, nurturing, and creative approach Strong communication skills This Could Suit: Nursery Practitioners Early Years Educators Level 3 Childcare Practitioners Nursery Nurses Experienced childcare professionals looking to move into schools Why Aspire People?
