• Support teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Assist in delivering engaging, child-led activities
• Promote children's social, emotional, and academic development
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting in a primary school
• A nurturing, proactive, and reliable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
