Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Hampstead, North London £95-£110 per day PAYE Long-Term & Day-to-Day Opportunities Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners for opportunities within welcoming and well-established nurseries and primary schools across Hampstead. We are looking for passionate, reliable and enthusiastic Early Years professionals who are confident supporting young children and helping them develop through engaging, age-appropriate activities. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Early Years Practitioners, Nursery Nurses and Level 3 qualified candidates looking to secure regular work within a supportive setting. The Role

• Support children across the EYFS framework
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
• Support children's social, emotional and educational development
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
• Encourage children's communication, confidence and independence
• Observe and assess children's progress and contribute to learning records
• Work closely with teachers, nursery staff and other professionals
• Build strong and positive relationships with children and families
• Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures
• Support the smooth running of the classroom or nursery setting

Who We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

• Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners
• Level 3 Nursery Nurses
• Experienced Early Years Educators
• Early Years Teaching Assistants with relevant qualifications
• Candidates with experience working within nurseries, pre-schools or EYFS classrooms

You will need:

• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Recent experience working with children within an Early Years setting
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, patient and nurturing approach
• The ability to build positive relationships with children
• A professional, reliable and adaptable approach
• Strong safeguarding awareness
