Level 2 Technician - TechOps Support On-site Barcelona


Start Date: 1st July 2025

Contract: 6-month B2B (with quarterly extensions)

Model: On-site B2B via Eagle Eye Staffing


Your Mission

Join our TechOps team as a Level 2 Technician providing onsite & remote support for hardware, software, and tech-related hiccups across our dynamic workspace.


What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to expert at our TechCafé: support users with devices, printers & apps
  • Log and solve issues via ServiceNow and maintain knowledge bases (Confluence)
  • Assist in hardware refreshes, inventory management & vendor coordination
  • Ensure SLA compliance and smooth end-user experience
  • Optional: Apple ecosystem support (MacBook, iPhone, iPad)


You'll Work With

Hardware: HP laptops, Jabra headsets, Apple devices, Ricoh printers

Software: Microsoft 365, Webex, Adobe, Chrome/Edge, ServiceNow, Palo Alto (opt.), CrowdStrike (opt.)


Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Systems, Telecoms, or related field
  • ️ 1+ year in Onsite Support (Windows 10/11, O365, basic networking & hardware repairs)
  • Spanish - Fluent English - Nice to have
  • Apple knowledge? Big plus!
  • Working Hours

    Full-time On-site Fixed working hours
