Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning within a primary school.

We're looking for someone who has worked within a UK primary school during the last two years, has a strong understanding of the National Curriculum, and is confident delivering interventions that positively impact pupil progress.

The Role:

• Supporting whole-class teaching across the primary phase
• Delivering Reading, Phonics, Maths, and English interventions
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities, including SEND where required
• Assisting with classroom preparation and assessment activities

The Ideal Candidate:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Recent UK primary school experience within the last 2 years
• Strong curriculum knowledge
• Experience delivering intervention work
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
