Aspire People are seeking a motivated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school team supporting KS2 pupils. The successful candidate will provide essential support to teachers and help pupils achieve their academic potential while fostering confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting individual pupils and small groups with classwork
- Assisting with planning and preparing classroom activities
- Implementing intervention strategies to support learning needs
- Monitoring and recording pupil progress, reporting to teachers
- Supporting pupils with SEMH needs or behavioural challenges
- Encouraging positive social and emotional development
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Experience working in KS2 classroom settings
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment
