As a Nursery Nurse, you will support the care and development of children, assisting with activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth. You will work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, nurturing environment and help prepare children for the next stage of their learning journey.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
• Support children with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and rest
• Observe and monitor children's development and report progress
• Maintain a safe and clean environment at all times
• Promote positive behaviour and support social & emotional development
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and management

Experience

• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Experience caring for children across different age groups
• Understanding of child development and learning strategies

Educational requirements
