We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Junior Desktop Support / Level 1 (L1) Engineer to join our IT support team. Requirements:

• 2- 4 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or in a team.
