Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a talented person with existing Lettings experience to join our team as a Lettings Progressor.

This role is flexible (Hybrid) based across Essex to ensure a sensible daily commute from home, with possibility of working from home 1-2 days per week after successful completion of the initial probationary period.

This position would ideally suit someone already working within Lettings progression, Administration or Property Management who is looking to remain in the Lettings industry but diversify into another field within it. Alternatively, a Negotiator who would prefer to work Monday to Friday. Candidates must be confident, extremely well organised, professional and personable with a pro-active 'can do' attitude and approach.

Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • You will be responsible for progressing an agreed let through to successful 'move in'.
  • Liaising with all relevant parties involved and ensuring all related certificates and paperwork is in place so tenants can move into the relevant property without issue on the pre-agreed day confirmed.
  • Utilising our computer-based systems to ensure records are kept up to date.
  • Ensuring parties are kept up to date, primarily communicating via email and telephone.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Lettings.
  • Proactive "can do" attitude, with exceptional organisational skills and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary circa £25,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on related industry experience, plus bonuses.

Realistic OTE £27,000 - £28,000 per annum

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm (No Weekends)
