Lettings NegotiatorLocation: WarringtonSalary: £25-30K basic + uncapped commissionHours: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 Saturday per month)Contract: Full-timeMy client is looking for an experienced, motivated and customer-focused Lettings Consultant to join their team based in Warrington. You'll manage the lettings process from start to finish, delivering an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants, and helping to grow their lettings portfolio.Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective tenants and landlords
• Conduct property viewings and provide clear, helpful information
• Negotiate tenancy agreements and ensure legal compliance
• Carry out tenant referencing and keep applicants updated throughout the process
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Issue rent increases and manage renewal processes
• Handle maintenance enquiries and keep landlords fully informed
• Ensure safety certificates are booked and up to date
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat and new business
• Work towards monthly and quarterly targets

Experience & Skills

• Lettings or estate agency experience
• Strong background in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Full UK driving licence required
• Confident with Microsoft Office and general admin
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proactive, professional, and able to work independently or within a team
