They are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to take ownership of a successful branch, lead a high-performing team and drive continued growth across the business. Key Responsibilities

As Lettings Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the overall performance of the lettings department, including:

• Driving branch profitability and achieving ambitious business targets.
• Winning new instructions through market appraisals and strong client relationships.
• Growing and maintaining a profitable managed portfolio while balancing Rent Collection and Let Only business.
• Leading, coaching and motivating the lettings team to consistently exceed performance targets.
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve branch performance.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience that generates repeat business and five-star reviews.
• Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and industry best practice.
• Leading by example with professionalism, energy and a positive attitude.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A proven track record in residential lettings at a senior level.
• Experience managing, coaching or mentoring a successful lettings team.
• A strong understanding of the local residential lettings market.
• A history of winning instructions and growing managed portfolios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A highly organised and proactive approach to work.
• A resilient, target-driven and commercially minded attitude.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
