Lettings Housing Officer - Hybrid Local Government Role

Swindon Borough Council is seeking a Lettings Housing Officer to deliver lettings across Council-owned properties. You will handle viewings, provide guidance and manage inquiries, ensuring the council lettings policy is applied within the borough.

You will perform affordability assessments, pre-tenancy checks, sign-ups and maintain tenancy packs, while supporting new tenants in their first 28 days. A hybrid office model applies with two days per week in office.
