Our client is a well known and established Estate Agents, who operate across Essex!

• Lettings Consultant
• Growing Business
• Base plus Commission

They are currently looking for a confident, enthusiastic Lettings Consultant to join their busy team!

• Match tenants with suitable rental properties
• Conduct viewings & property inspections
• Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants
• Build strong client relationships

• Professional & customer-focused
• Strong communication skills
• IT proficient (MS Office)
• Full UK driving licence & own car essential
• Experience preferred but not required (full training provided)

This is a great role for somebody who is looking to join a great company whilst developing their Property experience in Lettings!

Base + Commisiom
