Lettings & Allocations Officer - Social HousingPlymouth - hybrid6 months contract£18.13 plus holiday pay or £23.63 Umbrella37 hours per weekWorking for a well respected housing association you will be responsible for providing and delivering a high quality allocations service to prospective and existing tenants who need housing via Devon Home Choice, in accordance with policy and procedures whilst ensuring KPI's are met.
