Job Description

Job Title; Lettings Administrator

Salary; Basic salary from £28,000 dependant on experience, plus a quarterly paid commission incentive.

Location; 4 Halyard Place, London, E16 2TH

This role includes up to one day per week working from home after successful completion of the probationary period.

The Role

We are seeking a meticulousand proactiveindividual to become a vital part of our Lettings Administration team.

As a Lettings Administrator, you willplay a key role in not only your office, but the wider administration teamssuccess by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of property legislation. Your expertise will ensure the department maintains its exceptional compliance standards while achieving ambitious KPI targets. Additionally, this role offers exciting quarterly earning incentives, ensuring your hard work and dedication are directly acknowledged and financially rewarded!

Your Responsibilities as a Lettings Administrator

As a Lettings Administrator, your core responsibilities will center around taking ownership of the end-to-end deal progression, diligently guiding each transaction from the initial offer to its successful conclusion, all while meeting critical deadlines. This includes conducting AML checks, managing documentation, coordinating essential services such as EPCs and safety checks. You will also be the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring clear and proactive communication, maintaining impeccable records on our CRM system, and actively contributing your insights in team meetings. The role is heavily weighted towards ensuring that all processes and procedures meet the required legal and regulatory standards.

Your Skills and Experience
  • You have previous experience in a Lettings Administration/Tenancy Progression position (essential).
  • ARLA qualification (essential).
  • You are detail-orientated and thrive in a high-volume/KPI drivenenvironment.
  • Inquisitive nature with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience in cross-checking data across multiple systems.
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative setting, bringing a positive/can-do attitude to the team.
  • You are exceptionally organised and thrive on maintaining precision in all aspects of your work.
