Job Description
Leisure Bookings Advisor / Activity Host (fixed-term)

Whinfell Forest £12.87 per hour

Help guests book their way to fun, fitness and creativity. You'll keep our sports and leisure spaces running smoothly by handling activity bookings, hiring out equipment and supporting guests with a friendly, can do attitude.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage activity bookings and hire out sports equipment
  • Assist guests with enquiries and ensure equipment safety checks
  • Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio
  • Host interactive experiences in the Entertainment Hive

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 24th September 2026.

  • Part time contract, shifts fall between 8:00am and 11:30pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 96 hours over a 4 week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes evenings and alternate weekends

  • Warm, friendly and genuine approach to guests and colleagues
  • Confident using IT systems and software
