About The Role

Role : Leisure Attendant

Location : Chorley Leisure

Contract: Casual

Salary : £13.75 per hour

Closing Date : 5th June2026

Chorley Leisure areseekingself-motivatedand enthusiasticindividuals who have a passion for sport,fitnessand leisure to join the teams across our four leisure venues.This isa great opportunityto support the delivery of community leisure to residents inthe ChorleyBorough. Successful candidates will hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.

What you'll be getting up to

  • Leisure Attendants are responsible forthe day to day running of thefacility, with duties including:
  • Customer service including managing bookings & answeringenquiries
  • Ensuringsupervision is alwaysmaintainedof the pool and leisure facilities
  • Managingreception tillshavingfinancial responsibilities such as taking paymentsandbookings
  • Supporting the Duty Manager insupervisingday to day health and safety,monitoringchecks& standards
  • Providinga clean and enjoyable environment by maintaining housekeeping across the sites

Who we're looking for

  • You must be self-motivated and able to work independently tomaintainhigh levelsof Safety, Service and Standards.
  • You will beexperienced in working in acustomer-facingenvironment and have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • You will have a pro-active attitude to health and safety and be comfortable in working with members of the public - we are looking for confident and positive additions to our team!

Otherrequirements

  • This role requires an Enhanced DBS check (facilitated by Chorley Leisure)
