Leinster Regional Maintenance Manager

Co-operative Housing Ireland is seeking a full-time Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee cyclical, planned and reactive maintenance across Leinster housing stock. The role is based in Blanchardstown with hybrid working and travel across Leinster.

Reporting to the Regional Asset Manager, you will manage a 2-5 person maintenance team, ensure statutory compliance, supervise procurement, and collaborate with contractors and Local Authorities to maintain safe, compliant homes.
