Leinster Regional Maintenance Manager - Hybrid

Co-operative Housing Ireland is seeking a full-time, permanent Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across Leinster housing stock (1,800-2,100 units). The role reports to the Regional Asset Manager and is based in Blanchardstown with travel across Leinster.

You will manage cyclical and reactive maintenance, ensure statutory compliance, and lead a small team of Maintenance Technicians while coordinating with external contractors and Local Authorities.
