Core Duties

• Carry out routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and general mechanical repairs across various vehicle makes
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using modern, multi-brand diagnostic suites
• Perform thorough safety inspections and detailed vehicle health checks (VHC)
• Update electronic repair logs and keep the service reception informed on repair timelines and parts ordering
• Partner with a friendly, close-knit workshop crew to maintain steady, right-first-time turnarounds

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: Time-served garage experience, strong mechanical ability, and practical tool confidence are prioritized (NVQ Level 3 is a bonus)
• Experience: Solid background in general repairs, scheduled servicing, and multi-brand fault diagnosis
• Skills: Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and comfort adapting to different vehicle setups
• Attributes: Reliable, organized, and quality-focused technician who takes pride in clean workmanship
• Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence preferred
