Job Description
General Information

Position: Legal Triage Analyst - Polish - CL13

Location: WFO in Ballsbridge, Dublin

Contract: Full time role 40 hours per week

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (subject to change for weekend coverage as per requirement)

Note: Sponsorship is not available for this position. A valid full time work permit is mandatory.

Responsibilities
  • Excellent proven record of performance in the last 10-12 months.
  • High energy, passion.
  • Robust command of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and communication skills with an "I can do" attitude.
  • Excellent organizational time management abilities.
  • Ability to clearly identify goals, communicate vision to the team and deliver results.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to remain calm when dealing with high pressure, escalations, gray areas and ambiguity.
  • Ability to identify operational opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Excellent work pacing and time management skills, able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution.
  • Willingness to work with sensitive, adult, and controversial content.
Basic Qualifications
  • Language(s) required: English (C1) & Polish (C1). As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to complete an English language test and a language test in the relevant language for this role. Candidates will be advised of the level they are required to achieve to successfully carry out the role.
