Overview
We are seeking a Legal Technology Analyst to support the adoption and optimisation of legal technology across Transactional practice areas. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for innovation, improving legal workflows, driving change initiatives, and ensuring that technology investments deliver measurable business value.
You will work closely with lawyers, practice groups, technology teams, and wider business services to streamline processes, enhance user experience, and support the successful rollout of legal tech solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify Opportunities & Understand Practice Needs

Partner with lawyers and business teams to evaluate current processes, uncover pain points, and identify where technology can add value.

Capture user stories, insights, and best practices specific to Transactional practice areas.
Drive Legal Technology Projects

Support idea intake by gathering key information, assessing initiatives, and helping prioritise requests.

Translate lawyer feedback into clear problem statements for technology teams.
Enable Practice Transformation

Lead or co-lead design thinking sessions, process improvement workshops, pilots, and solution testing.

Work with practice stakeholders and tech teams to co-develop and validate prototypes or custom solutions.
Increase Adoption & User Engagement
-
Deliver targeted training, presentations, and awareness sessions to increase adoption of legal tech tools.

Provide hands-on support to lawyers as they adopt new tools and workflows.

Use usage data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and measurable ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Knowledge Management, Practice Management, Risk, Business Development, and IT teams to deliver holistic solutions.

Support onboarding and evaluation of vendors and new legal tech products.
Horizon Scanning

Monitor legal tech trends, emerging tools, and innovations relevant to Transactional practices.

Share insights to help shape future technology and practice transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree required; JD or Master's degree preferred.

2+ years' experience in a legal environment (law firm, legal department, or legal tech provider).
Experience & Skills Professional Experience
-
Experience implementing or supporting legal technology solutions in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Strong understanding of Transactional legal workflows (highly preferred).

Experience driving engagement and adoption of legal tech tools.

Background in business analysis, solution design, consulting, or client-facing roles.
Technical Skills
Required:

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project approaches.
Preferred:

Experience applying design thinking to legal or business optimisation.

Working proficiency in French or German.
