About the Company

Working with global multinational Tech company who are looking to hire a Legal Specialist to support an International Corporate Law Team in EMEA. In this unique role, you will handle core Corporate Legal matters and corporate governance, while also helping to modernize their legal operations by leveraging legal technology and Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with the maintenance and, as needed, formation and dissolution of Irish and foreign subsidiaries.
• Managing document preparation and review and assisting with the execution of corporate documents.
• Supporting business and legal functions across EMEA on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Liaising with other members of the International Corporate Law team based in the US.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline corporate legal workflows and drive operational efficiencies using AI and other technology tools.

Requirements

• 3rd level legal qualification.
• 5 years+ relevant experience in international Corporate Law matters in-house or at a law firm; suitable for a legal executive, secretary, corporate paralegal, or company secretary.
• Experience with entity management databases and document management systems, with a strong aptitude for quickly mastering new legal technologies.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet short deadlines, and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• A positive attitude, forward thinking mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Interest in legal technology and AI, with a willingness to learn and apply generative AI tools to automate and streamline legal or administrative processes.
