We are a progressive and commercially successful law firm based in Worthing. We are currently looking for a Legal Secretary/Residential Property Assistant to join our Property Department. What you'll be doing as Legal Secretary/Residential Property Assistant:

• Supporting our Fee Earners across all areas of the Property Department.
• Help to ensure files remain compliant with our internal procedures, Lexcel accreditation standards and assist with general secretarial duties.

What we're looking for in a Legal Secretary/Residential Property Assistant:

• Must have prior experience of working in a Residential Property Department / Solicitor's office.
• Must have excellent secretarial, administrative and IT skills.
• Should be self-motivated, highly organised and be able to multi-task and work independently whilst also being a team player.
• Must demonstrate exceptional client care and communication skills when engaging with clients and third parties.
• Should have the ability to work accurately under pressure and have superb attention to detail.
