About the Role

This is a fast paced and varied opportunity offering strong exposure to the London legal market. As a Legal Resourcer, you will support experienced Legal Recruitment Consultants, focusing on candidate attraction within the Legal Business Support market, including:

• PA / Secretarial
• HR
• Finance
• Risk & Compliance

When in the office, you will be based in Farringdon.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing high calibre business support candidates for Top 200 UK law firms
• Attending vacancy briefings with Consultants
• Building candidate pools on LinkedIn and conducting outreach
• Conducting screening calls and shortlisting candidates
• Writing and posting job advertisements
• Market research, analysis, and social media support

• Law graduates seeking interim experience before further study or training
• Individuals studying part time (minimum 21 hours per week availability)
• Candidates interested in a long term career in legal recruitment

Requirement: Applicants must have either:

• A law background (studies or employment), or
• Recruitment experience
