Legal Project Manager - Paris, France (Hybrid Working)

Our client is looking for a permanent Legal Project Manager.

This role is ideal for a strong all-round Project Manager with experience in professional services, confidence working with senior lawyers, and line management responsibility. Fluency in both French and English is essential due to the international nature of the work.

The Role

• Lead and support legal matter and programme delivery, ensuring work is scoped, planned, and delivered efficiently
• Partner closely with Partners, legal teams, and business services across jurisdictions
• Apply LPM methodologies to improve cost control, resourcing, timelines, and client outcomes
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and reporting
• Provide clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders
• Line manage and develop junior project management or LPM team members
• Contribute to the ongoing maturity of the firm's Legal Project Management capability

About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within legal or professional services
• Demonstrable line management experience
• Confident operating in a partner-facing environment
• Strong organisational skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working across international, multi-jurisdictional teams
