Our client is seeking an exceptional Legal PA to join its renowned Energy & Infrastructure team in London, supporting partners and a wider group of specialists who operate at the forefront of this dynamic sector.

What the Role Involves

• Providing seamless diary and inbox management for partners, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow.
• Drafting high-quality correspondence, managing client communication, and preparing polished PowerPoint materials for pitches.
• Coordinating complex global travel, meetings, and client events with precision and efficiency.
• Handling document production, file management, billing administration, and quality checks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for partners, clients, and colleagues proactively improving processes and supporting broader team needs.

• A seasoned Legal PA with strong partner-level experience, ideally within a law firm.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including emerging AI tools such as Copilot and Harvey) and fast, accurate typing.
• A confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Someone meticulous, proactive, and capable of working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
