Legal PA - Corporate

Hunter Savage are working with an established, but recent entrant into the legal landscape of Dublin on their recruitment of a Legal PA, which is a brand new role marking the impressive sustained growth of the firm in Ireland.

Our client is a global entity with a focus on corporate services in Ireland, a genuine market leader in their field - although this role doesn't require any experience in that sector.

In terms of this role, it would ideally suit someone who has experience working in a large firm or international firm and has familiarity with modern systems (legal documentation systems etc), has experience in managing multiple partner diaries (this role will report into 2/3 partners), co-ordinating and planning travel and meetings, client billing etc.

This is very much a "PA" role and such there will be a focus on the organisational aspects of supporting a department rather than dictation and documents etc, so we need someone with that knowledge and expertise and approx 2 years experience in a law firm.
