As aProperty Legal Officer, you'll preparekey legal documentsand provide expert legal advice across various areas, including: Right to Buy, lease extensions, and collective enfranchisementLicences for alterations, discount market sales, and private sector leasingCertificates of compliance, routine acquisitions, and registration proceduresYou'llmanage cases from start to finish, handling all matters from inception to post-completion while collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
If you havelegal expertise and a passion for property law, this could be the perfect role for you! The ideal candidate will have: A Law degree or equivalent qualificationKnowledge in some of the areas listed above, with a willingness to expand expertiseLocal government experience(preferred but not essential) An understanding of Local Government law and a desire to develop skills in Planning, Highways, or LicensingExcellent communication skills- both written and verbal Strong organizational abilities- able to prioritize and work independentlyIf you'reready to contribute your skills in a meaningful way, apply today!Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
