Position Overview

We are hiring a Legal Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Noida. This position is ideal for a legal professional with 5-8 years of corporate law experience, particularly within SaaS, BPO, or data-centric domains. The Legal Manager will oversee legal operations, handle contract negotiations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic legal advice to business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Review & Negotiation

• Draft, analyze, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and other legal instruments

• Collaborate with sales and business teams to close deals while minimizing legal risk

Legal Risk & Advisory

• Provide actionable, business-focused legal counsel on regulatory issues, internal policies, and operational risks

• Help internal teams recognize legal risks and recommend effective mitigations

Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring

• Stay abreast of legal changes impacting fintech, telecom, data protection, and employment law

• Assist in interpreting new regulations and updating policies accordingly

Policy & Documentation Support

• Develop, review, and maintain internal legal and compliance policies, SOPs, and legal templates

• Ensure systematic documentation and version control

Contract Management

• Manage and update the contract repository, track renewals and obligations

• Work with internal teams for smooth contract execution and lifecycle management

Legal Coordination

• Coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation, IP, and specialized matters

• Support legal audits, investigations, and compliance programs

Candidate Requirements

• LL.B. or LL.M. with 5-8 years of experience in corporate legal practice

• Strong grasp of contract law, labor law, IT/DPDP laws, and regulatory frameworks

• Proven ability to align legal strategy with business goals

• Experience in handling external counsel and influencing senior stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal aptitude
