Legal Executive - Corporate Advisory & Contract Management

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support across the organization, ensuring all business practices comply with applicable laws, and safeguarding the company's legal interests.

• Offer legal counsel and risk assessment to internal teams and management on a range of legal matters

• Handle all company-related legal issues, including compliance and dispute resolution

• Draft, review, and vet a wide array of contracts, agreements, and legal documents

• Proactively support litigation strategy with strong preemptive documentation (foolproof contracts, etc.)

• Provide legal assistance for cross-functional teams and business departments in day-to-day operations

• Negotiate, draft, and finalize legal documents related to business transactions

• Maintain accurate legal documentation, licenses, and compliance records

• Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for review during management meetings

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB or LLM)

• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, legal procedures, and regulatory frameworks

• Legal drafting and documentation

• Contract vetting and negotiation
