Role OverviewPosition: Legal Executive

Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including vendor contracts, NDAs, service contracts, and supply chain agreements.
- Maintain a central contract repository and track renewal timelines.
- Assist in submitting statutory documents, declarations, and reports.
Litigation Support & Reporting
- Support ongoing litigation cases involving customers, vendors, distributors, and employees by preparing case summaries and documentation.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and manage litigation files.
- Maintain a tracker of all active and closed cases, and provide periodic status updates to management.
Documentation & Legal Records
- Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, compliance documents, and legal records.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive legal documents.
- Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.)
- Preferred: Commerce background alongside legal education
- 0 to 3 years of legal experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or a similar sector.
- Proficient in legal drafting, research, and corporate laws (especially contract law).
- Familiar with compliance systems and legal documentation workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication for dealing with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Full-time, office-based position
- Occasional travel required for court hearings, client meetings, or compliance coordination
