Legal Entity Reporting - Capital Markets

Description

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review legal entity financial reporting and associated financial information.

Analyse P&L, balance sheet movements and key financial results.

Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting processes.

Perform balance sheet substantiation, reconciliations and financial control activities.

Investigate reporting, accounting and data issues, working with relevant Finance stakeholders to resolve them.

Maintain strong controls and governance across financial reporting processes.

Support improvements to reporting processes, controls, data and associated Finance change.

Partner with Product Control, Finance, Risk and other key stakeholders.

Key Experience

Legal Entity Reporting, Legal Entity Control, Financial Control or Financial Reporting Experience .

Strong Investment Banking/Capital Markets background .

Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet and financial statements.

Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP advantageous.

Strong controls, reconciliation and reporting Experience .

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) advantageous.

Strong Excel, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
