About Your New Job- Support the legal function for Irish and Luxembourg fund umbrellas, reporting to the Head of Legal.
- Track, analyse, and implement new legislation or regulatory requirements impacting funds under management.
- Manage Central Bank and CSSF applications for new sub-funds and post-authorisation fund amendments.
- Draft, review, and maintain fund, company, and commercial documentation, including contracts and transactional agreements.
- Provide business-oriented legal advice, participate in regulatory and business projects, prepare board materials, and represent the company at external events.
- Qualified Irish Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE in Ireland.
- Demonstrated expertise in investment funds and drafting fund product documentation.
- Excellent legal analysis and communication skills, with the ability to advise a range of stakeholders.
